One Mom Struggles to Raise Her Baby Behind Bars (VIDEO)

Publish by Amy KurasEverybody makes bad options within their existence sometimes. Which was particularly true of Anael, who we met within the last installment of Moms In Jail on CafeMom Galleries. She was delivered to prison for eight years for drug dealing, and her boy, then three, was delivered to accept his father.

Many years later, during a piece release program, she became pregnant again. But because she was not able to work on the designated job while transporting her child, she was delivered back to prison. She made the decision to help keep the infant and was recognized in to the correctional facility's nursery program, which may permit her to raise her baby there.

She soon discovered that existence in jail having a baby was filled with unpredicted good and the bad.
