He and the wife Kayte Walsh were spotted outdoors Poor yesterday using their adorable 4-month-old daughter, Belief. Cameras folded because they experienced their chauffeured vehicle, ensured their capuccinos were aboard, after which drove off ... without putting Belief in almost any type of vehicle chair.

It's absolutely unthinkable they might have tried it, as everyone knows absolutely harmful it's they are driving having a child inside a vehicle unrestrained EVER. Not just that, it's illegal. If little else, you'd think they'd have discovered something in the whole Britney Warrior spears debacle a couple of in the past. Surely they could not be that unaware and careless, could they?
